The students of São José Ramalhão School are diving deeper into the world of The Secret Garden, by Frances Burnett — the story that will inspire this year’s musical production.
Through immersive literary experiences using the Transformative Reading Model, students explore the book with all their senses, sharing reflections through conversation and writing while developing a deeper understanding of themselves, others, and the world around them.

At São José Ramalhão School, preparations are already underway for the end-of-year musical production, and today the 4th grade students took center stage during the auditions.
Moments like these highlight the importance of arts, expression, and student engagement in education. It is wonderful to see a school that adopts the Transformative Reading Program continuously creating meaningful and enriching learning experiences for its students.
